The learning of the students are assessed periodically through tests and examinations. According to Semester rule conduct four monthly tests and 2 examinations. .Unit tests are also conducted in the class. Monthly tests and examinations are compulsory .In case of absence in the test and examinations their promotion will be merely based on their performance in that particular academic year. Each student should get minimum of 40% in each subject for her/his promotion. Special attention is given to the slow learners. Tests and examinations time table will be intimated 10 days earlier.

* After each test and examination parents meeting will be held to discuss about the performance of their wards. Test paper’s files would be sent home for parent reference (only for higher classes).

* Report cards are given to the parents for signing.
