The aim behind holding the event was to inculcate the spirit of sports manship and fondness for sports in children. Students participate in various competing sports activities. The participating students display their ability through sports. Sports help improve both physical and mental strength. Our body remains fit and healthy.

Seshadripuram Higher Primary School celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava with great zeal and enthusiasm. Mr.B.R. Laxman Rao was the Chief Guest for the occasion. The Chief Guest along with Dr. Wodday P Krishna, honourable, General Secretary and Principal Mrs. Kavitha unfurled the Kannada flag. A procession was also held by students and teachers. They were accompanied by a professional group who performed the traditional 'dollu kunitha'.
Gombe Habba or Dassehra Dolls Exhibition ('Festival of dolls') is a tradition practised during the dasara festival. The dolls are adored through ritual worship and offerings during the celebrations. The dolls are neatly arranged on a stepped platform.
